Mahaswamiji showered prosperity on Erin Foundation to prosper beautifully. Swamiji envisioned the Foundation to be a place for people who love nature, and enjoy the wonderful activities that are conducted for children and corporates.

 

Buildings are being built for the sake of development while losing the beauty of nature. The argument can be made in favour of not stopping development as it benefits us. But can’t we stop for a moment, think out of the box and redefine the way we approach development? The Earth is beautiful because of its natural vegetation, natural gradients and natural formations of the land.

 

We could try to build simple makeshift shelters wherever possible for suitable purposes. This could be similar to tents pitched by NGOs to help victims of disasters in many parts of the world. The purpose of these tents can be expanded to a variety of service activities, like a movie theatre with a projector or perhaps even a hospital in your locality.

 

In this way, children of future generations can experience living in simple ways

and nurturing Mother Nature in her pristine form.

So, let us preserve our flora and fauna with the help of ancient wisdom and technological aids.
