Refund and Cancelation Policy

Donations on Sri KAMS Website

Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the activities on a secure online payment gateway is as under:

 

    1. Any request for cancellations, transfer and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. 

    2. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is a highly cumbersome process. We, therefore, request you to be sure before you donate.

      3. We, Sri Kailash Ashrama Mahasamsthana shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
